Hi guys, a few days ago, I shared my spinach soufflé in a lovely pot. Today, I’m happy to show you the next stage of my soufflé evolution.
I made this one with spinach leaves (last time, I used blended spinach), and the result was lovely again. However, I’m not completely happy with it; I want my soufflé to rise even more.
Next time, I’ll try to reduce the amount of flour to make the dough lighter and softer.
In any case, I hope you like this freshly green, fluffy soufflé. 🍃🌿🍮

Hi @soldamiani & @orsolya-csernak
I don’t know if you use beaten egg whites in your preparation, but that helps make the soufflé lighter. You can also use baking powder or combine flour and cornstarch to make the preparation lighter.
