Hi guys, a few days ago, I shared my spinach soufflĂ© in a lovely pot. Today, I’m happy to show you the next stage of my soufflĂ© evolution.
I made this one with spinach leaves (last time, I used blended spinach), and the result was lovely again. However, I’m not completely happy with it; I want my soufflĂ© to rise even more.
Next time, I’ll try to reduce the amount of flour to make the dough lighter and softer.
In any case, I hope you like this freshly green, fluffy soufflĂ©. 🍃🌿🍮

Hi @soldamiani & @orsolya-csernak
I don’t know if you use beaten egg whites in your preparation, but that helps make the soufflĂ© lighter. You can also use baking powder or combine flour and cornstarch to make the preparation lighter.
