Hi guys, I was a bit absent these days, but now I have a heartwarming story to share with you.
Today, I was at school practicing a 3-course menu for the final exam. In the end, we presented our courses by placing everything on a table in the kitchen, and our chef teacher meticulously tasted every single dish and gave feedback.
I made panna cotta in two versions, and both were on the table. He didn’t want to taste them because they were so beautiful. 🥰🥰🥰 It was such a lovely scene.
Finally, I convinced him to taste one of them, and he loved it. Then, as the degustation came to an end, he said, ‘I’m expecting a special guest. I want to save this panna cotta for him,’ and he moved my dessert to another table.
In just a few minutes, his son arrived, who happened to be the special guest, and enjoyed my panna cotta with pleasure. ❤️🍮 I felt very proud and happy, first that the chef was satisfied with my dessert, and then when I saw how pleased the special guest was with it. I’m so grateful for this kitchen experience.
PS: Guess what I have prepared when we got home this evening?? 😁😁👩🏼🍳
