Capturing pictures of this chocolate soufflé, or as we call it, volcano cake, was quite a challenge.
My family devoured it in 3 minutes. The liquid inside, combined with homemade cherry sauce, created a perfect blend of flavors.

The best thing about this orangish pepper is that it was initially totally green, and it magically transformed into orange while frying. I enjoyed preparing this 99% vegan risotto with fried onion and the ‘green’ pepper. For the mantecatura, I used butter and vegan cheese today because it’s a vegetable day.

This is my 20-minute chicken breast with creamy mushroom sauce.
Cut the chicken breast into two equal slices, season them with salt and pepper. Heat a pan and fry the chicken for 3 minutes on each side, then cover it while preparing the sauce. Cut and fry the mushrooms in oil, and finally, add cream to make it saucy.

This is my 3-ingredient quinoa pancake.
Soak quinoa seeds in warm water, then blend them in a foodprocessor, heat a pan and pour the quinoa batter to make pancakes. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown. fry the pancakes., serve them with marmalade or jam or fruit.
No added sugar, so fat or oil needed!!!

My favourite veggie is spaghetti squash. It grows in our garden. Since I got to know it, I’ve used it as a side dish or simply to substitute traditional pasta. If you cut it in two and bake it upside down, the inside naturally becomes like real spaghetti. I love it the most with roasted onion and thyme.
