I was thinking a lot about what to share for the challenge. Recently, I use lemon a lot and I have already made some dishes with lemon-gel. 🍋🍋
I’m excited to share my panna cotta with strawberry and lemon gel. 🍋🍓🍧

These may look like just two pancakes with fruit, but they are far from ordinary.
These are Quinoa pancakes with fresh berries from the garden. Quinoa is a special kind of seed, and I know that in other parts of the world there are various species of quinoa. Here, I can buy only white quinoa, and without any additional sweetener, flour, or…

Hi guys, These are my zucchini chips. Finally, they are nice and crispy! 🥒✨
I followed the steps of making tempura with ice-cold water and rice flour, but without eggs. The tiny slices spent some time in the water, then got a quick twist in the rice flour before jumping into the hot oil.
The result? This plate of yummy chips! For dipping,…

Hi guys, a few days ago, I shared my spinach soufflé in a lovely pot. Today, I’m happy to show you the next stage of my soufflé evolution.
I made this one with spinach leaves (last time, I used blended spinach), and the result was lovely again. However, I’m not completely happy with it; I want my soufflé to rise even more.
Next time, I’ll try to…

Hi guys, I wanted to celebrate the first berries of the season, so I prepared one of my top desserts: cottage cheese dumplings. Usually, we serve them with wild berry sauce or cream. In my version, the strawberry sauce was inside the small balls, and when cutting them, it smoothly spread on the plate. ❤️🍓⚪️

Yesterday was my last day at school, and we celebrated by practicing how to make strudel.
Strudel is a popular dessert in Austria and northern Italy. However, in Hungary, we have a strudel tradition with a technique for spreading out and stretching the dough by hand to make it very thin and transparent.
Honestly, after practicing how to make…
