          I’m craving this dish! To accomplish such great stuffed pasta, you must be so skillful. Where did you learn it? How do you manage to keep the egg yolk from tearing apart? It’s so tempting and professional!

            @Sol Damiani Thanks. I gently put the yolk in place and carefully places the top pasta sheet on, making sure to release all air and seal all sides. Then I cooked them in a shallow saucepan with gently simmering water, easing them in and out of the pan with a slotted spoon.
