Thanks for the great feedback! The taste is fantastic. Honestly, Bachour’s recipe is probably the best brioche recipe I’ve tried so far. This is probably due to the sheer amount of butter in the dough but also the long fermentation process. Drink? Coffee, of course! Feel free to post the picture on Instagram.
