That’s fantastic! Fermentation is a fascinating process. What was the most challenging part of making kimchi and sauerkraut? Any tips for beginners? The last pic is like yelling “We are tasty” 😊

We know that making these small, crunchy, and delicious pieces isn’t an easy task, and for your first time making croissants, they turned out really well. I hope to see how they come out the second time soon. Keep practicing, that’s where the success of a good croissant lies.

      Best regards.

@katarzyna-dziel I love Asian cuisine, and your dish looks great. I have actually attempted many times to make Asian food, at home, school, and restaurant. Here is some noodles I made, with a few modifications. I used leek, carrots and a traditional Mediterranean dried meat. They turned out tasty.

        Flavour packed sandwiches course:

        * Whirled green peas with whipped feta cheese and a lot of fresh herbs.

        * Buttermilk fried chicken with coleslaw, chilli jam, pickles & mustard mayo sauce.
