Hi guys, yesterday evening, I felt particularly creative. 🙂 I wanted to test which side dish would complement my fried Orly Fish better:

I cooked a vegetable stock and a demi-glass. ❤️🌿🥕🍅
While the oven was worked on pizza, I decided to fry up a veggie medley (onion, leek, beetroots, carrot, tomato press). Tossed in a lively Bouquet Garni, fast boil, and slow-cooked for 45 mins. Filtered with muslin, and voilà, the stock was ready.

Your stock is so clear and lovely! I have been storing my soups and stocks in special freezer bags designed for that purpose. What will you use, round tubs? Or perhaps freeze into cubes and store that in a bag?
