Hi everyone, this morning I went to the market and found some beautiful pears, so I decided to prepare this fantastic dish for lunch.
The base is puff pastry brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt. On top, I added arugula, fresh goat cheese, roasted walnuts, pear slices soaked in lemon juice, a drizzle of honey… and one… Seguir leyendo0:05

#CopyCatBurger
Hi everyone, this is my entry for the hamburger challenge.
I really wanted to recreate one of Juanche’s burgers, but I couldn’t find all the ingredients. In the end, I took inspiration from Juanita.
I started by baking the gluten-free brioche buns. I loved the idea of the Mambo sauce with honey, brandy, and kimchi, but I had to make…

The weekend was all about colorful veggies. I sautéed cherry tomatoes in olive oil and shallot onion. Then I added balsamic vinegar. I used this to dress a garden-fresh salad with spinach and chard leaves, cucumber spirals, and baby beetroots.

Homemade hamburger? Yes!!!!!
I prepared it for the first time, inspired by the course about American hamburgers. 🍔🍔
They said not to season the meat… well, I resisted the temptation to salt it at least. Instead, I sautéed fresh herbs—basil, rosemary, thyme, and garlic—and used the same butter for the burger blend. It was fantastic!
I had…

Hi @orsolya-csernak
This is definitely a festival of flavors.
I always say that the vegetables that we grow and harvest in our garden and that are then part of our preparations are a luxury, the flavors are totally different from the vegetables or fruits that we can buy in a supermarket and provide a totally different flavor.
We are happy to… Seguir leyendo1 - View more comments

These days are all about apples, thanks to our wonderfully productive apple tree 🍏🌳.
Yesterday, we embarked on a new adventure: making apple cider vinegar for the first time! The jar full of apple puree and peels doesn’t look the most appealing right now, but it’s all part of the process.
It’ll sit in sugary water for two weeks before we filter…

Hi @orsolya-csernak
Growing and cultivating your own fruits and vegetables is an indescribable satisfaction and joy.
I love the idea of using every part of a single fruit and making the most of it.
Your muffins look delicious, and we hope you can share the results of your apple vinegar and cider later on.Best regards.

🍎✨We just made this delicious treat using freshly picked apples, and the flavor is out of this world. The perfect blend of tart and sweet, all wrapped up in a flaky, golden…

🌿🍅 After a long break, I’m back with a fresh Greek salad! 🥗
Today, I discovered that the original Greek salad recipe is quite different from the one I’ve always made. My version included tomato, cucumber, feta cheese, olives, olive oil, and basil.
But did you know that an authentic Greek salad actually has 8 ingredients? They are tomato,…

Hi everyone, I’m jumping in to see your recent creations. You are amazing!!!
I’m not so active now for 2 reasons:
1️⃣ I have taken 2 weeks off to relax
2️⃣ they are doing the annual maintainance on the electricity network and I’ve been without power for 4-5 hours per day for days.
These are my good excuses why not to cook. 🤣✌️😉
However, there is…

I have already analyzed the Peruvian cuisine. I’ve seen fabulous creations. My impression is that Peruvians eat a lot of fish. I like fish, but we don’t typically eat it in my country, so it is almost impossible to find the ingredients for Peruvian dishes.
However, I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to have a… Seguir leyendo
