Lemon chicken – I could write a book about the countless versions of lemon chicken. Here’s my take: chicken thigh fillets baked with salted lemon. 🍋🍗
Who else loves experimenting with different versions of lemon chicken?

Today, I have something special for you: Eszterházy torta. This is a traditional cake in Hungary based on walnuts.
The very special thing is that the cake is made from egg whites, sugar, and walnuts.
The cream is a normal yellow cream with walnuts. I made 6 layers and covered them with white chocolate.
It’s the first time in my life I’ve made…

Hi guys, @sussan_scoolinaryteam asked me how I make Vanilla Extract… so, here’s a my version:
Take 3-5 vanilla pods; they can be used as well as 0.25 liters of alcohol (95% or vodka). Put the pods into the vodka, close the bottle, and place it in a dark place for 4 weeks. When the liquid is dark, you can use it for cakes, cookies, and creams.…

Awesome, @orsolya-csernak 🙌Thanks for sharing with us.
☺Fun fact: I discovered a new use for vanilla extract! In Buenos Aires, we recently had a mosquito invasion, and someone shared with me a recipe for a homemade repellent: vanilla extract, vinegar, and water. It works!

Hey everyone! I know my last post was about panna cotta, and I don’t want to be repetitive, but I just had to share the panna cotta I made at home last night. I used my homemade vanilla essence and strained my apricot jam to give it a silky surface, then decorated it with a touch of lemony thyme. This is just how I like it – simple, elegant,… Seguir leyendo

Hi guys, I was a bit absent these days, but now I have a heartwarming story to share with you.
Today, I was at school practicing a 3-course menu for the final exam. In the end, we presented our courses by placing everything on a table in the kitchen, and our chef teacher meticulously tasted every single dish and gave feedback.
I made panna cotta…

Hi everyone, here’s another version of palacsinta, this time with cottage cheese and vanilla cream.
I played with it and tried different plating styles. Each variation provided a unique experience; even the taste seemed to differ. I believe presentation matters.
Which version do you prefer?”

OK 😍 This is gorgeous @orsolya-csernak It’s great to know about classics and local flavors like this. I gotta say I love the presentation of those Palacsinta 🙌 Here in Argentina we have something very similar (only we add dulce de leche and vanilla cream, not wallnut, which I guess turns it into a heaven on earth). We call them ‘panqueques…

Hi Orsolya
It looks very delicious, I love the chicken when it is juicy and what a good combination it makes with the mashed potatoes.
What other accompaniment could this exquisite chicken be served with?

Here is the dish I made the photos of.
